“I did email the wool factory to let them know the Apple needles I ordered for my wife were scratched and cutting into the wool therefore not usable. Never received a reply so bought some Pony bamboo ones from a local shop. Grant has some amazing deals and gets his products out in record time, shame he has been let down this time.”
