“1st ball I started to used, I had to join the wool three times in 6 inches because of a flaws, hopefully I won’t find more. I did unpick and start another ball. Ok so far.”

“I never give five stars, although here I was very tempted - the website was easy to use, delivery was prompt and the wool itself is lovely, beautifully soft and a delight to knit. The Wool Factory will be my first choice in the future.”

“Happy with my purchase, however I ordered one ball of Wendy Peter Pan double knit but was sent four ply instead. I have tried calling a few times to ask if I could exchange it for double knit but have been unable to get any answer.”

“I would have given 5 stars for value for money and quick delivery but unfortunately my order wasn't exactly correct. I had ordered 4 balls of Kartupo Elite Wool in Dark olive green and received 3 balls and one ball in same colour but Kartupo Sport. Luckily my project only used the 3 balls as the tension and texture may have been slightly different. The Kartupo Sport is also slightly cheaper. But i will use it for another project. Perhaps you need to check more thoroughly when the orders go out.”
