“The service was excellent, the odd ball of wool had a flaw in it, but for the price, and depending what you require it for, it was fine.”

“I was slightly disappointed - I only ordered 2 items and then, having paid for them both, I was told that 1 of them was out of stock. However, I must say that my money was refunded promptly. I shall order from the Wool Factory in the future and hope that I don't have a similar experience.”

“I was very pleased with my yarn from The Wool Factory and plan to buy more as soon as I can. Most of the loom hats in the photo were made by my husband for charity and used TWF yarn. The new fashion chunky is especially nice, and that is what I need more of!”

“I am very pleased with the Aran wool I ordered it’s nice and soft ideal for the blankets I make and I love the wool Jeannie it just come off the ball so easy I also purchased one for my sister and she loves it also. The order was delivered in three days so very pleased will be ordering from them again thank you wool factory”

“So far l am absolutely delighted with service of the Wool Factory. I have recently bought some of the sale wool and patterns and this has been a big saving for me. I do a lot of knitting and donate to charities so buying in the sale saves me a substantial amount of money”

“I needed certain wool for two new projects and i compared lovecrafts and the woolfactory in stock and price. I just say, I ended up ordering for 40 pounds from the woolfactory and for 8 from loveknitting , because they had the chunky black wool i couldn't find here but apart from that i found everything and even more”
