“Wish the 400g and 500g colours didn't go out of stock because I love using them and would love one of every colour to make my blankets and baby products with. Service is excellent and value and product are of great standard. Always pleased with my purchases. Thank you Wool Factory staff I do recamend you to others.”

“Struggled a bit with the download system considering that it was purely a PDF. Was also surprised to find that we only had five days to do so and no warning of this given, we may have been unable to do so! You might want to take a look at this or at least make this restriction clear to your customers when orders are placed. Otherwise all went well.”

“The wool choice from the wool factory for what I was looking for , was the best I could find. The delivery was prompt. What I would really like when I buy wool is to see it knitted up in swatches. I found an on line wool shop who presented all their wool like this once and I would buy from them again if I could remember who they were simply so I can see what the wool look likes knitted up.”

“Pleased with my recent purchase. Interesting variety of 'lucky dip' yarn. Yet to decide how to use it. Very reasonable prices. Delivery reasonable but not very accurate tracking- didn't tell me which day it would arrive.”
