“No problem with the wool it’s lovely , just the delivery time I know we are having problems at the moment but I think 3 weeks from dispatch is too long to wait”

“I have now placed two orders with you and the second batch I ordered Saxe Blue and only one of the 100gram Balls of Wool had quite a few flaws (knots where they have re joined the wool)”

“Excellent service from The Wool Factory. The only reason I have awarded them 4 stars is that I had a slight problem when I ordered some paterns. They only sent me 3 of the 4 patterns I ordered however this was rectified within minutes of my raising the problem. Highly recommend this company.”

“I loved the merino wool I received - two colours, a third had sold out. I was very disappointed that there isn't currently any more for sale. I'm knitting the Rowan knit along blanket but trying to get cheaper alternative woollen yarns.”
