“Arrived quickly, wool isn't good the wrap was clued to the wool on 2 rolls and several lumps in about all of them, not your fault manufacturers . But other than that lovely colour and has knitted up well will buy again, but not that wool.”

“I'm usually very pleased with the yarn I buy from The Wool Factory. I have placed a lot of orders with them. My last order included Majestic yarn which is labelled as Double Knitting, but it is very thick and more like chunky yarn.”

“I ordered do yarn , in blue pink and cream the cream was thick almost like Aran was supposed to be same as pink clearly not , difficult to crochet with”

“As always my order was processed quickly and delivered promptly, my only dissapointment was the wool was packed in plastic bags, instead of the usual lovely bags. I am really trying to be plastic free during July and reducing my single use plastice generally, which made it more irritating.”

“As ususal the speed of delivery and quality of the porducts is second to none. Howwever, the Sirdar patterns that they supply, are not correct in their sizing. I have written to the wool factory and explained this but as they say they are onl yhte suppliers and are not able to amend the patterns. Sirdar have been informed of the error, but it keeps reocurring, as im finding out with another pattern.”

“This was my second order from the Wool Factory in the last couple of months. There is plenty of choice of yarn types available and a lovely collection of colours too. Ordering on line was easy and secure, goods delivered peomptly. The Stone wall chunky was a harsh wool not soft enough for children's items but made a study shoulder bag. Love the royalty award, not a lot but as they say every little helps.”

“Came across the wool factory by accident so pleased it looks great, my first order came on time, little disappointed the colours weren't quite what I expected but it is very difficult to get it right with only a picture, nothing wrong with the wool really good”
