“I purchased the crochet hook pouch and the pattern folder. The price was reasonable, the quality is really good, the printing is excellent. The packaging was well secure and delivery was quicker than expected. I liked the notifications saying when despatched and the link to the tracking. Overall a very pleasant company to do business with.”

“Very good prices, and the quality of the wool is decent. However my order got misplaced or was delayed during picking, and it took longer than expected. Communication regarding tracking the postage was a little poor too. Good quality products, but communication could be a little better.”
