“I was very pleased with both the on time delivery from The Wool Factory and the Woolcraft wool I had purchased from them. I have used Woolcraft double knitting wool before which is why I wanted the same make as it is soft to the touch so easy to knit with.”

“I love The Wool Factory’s products. There’s a great range with lots to choose from. I find the website easy to use, and have always received a fabulous service from The Wool Factory. I am still awaiting for my most recent order to be delivered, so I’m not enjoying my products as yet, but I have had an email from Royal Mail informing me they are expecting my parcel from The Wool Factory and will update me when it is due to be delivered.”
