“My first order from The Wool Factory was in July 2022 and I was so pleased with my order. It arrived swiftly and was extremely well packaged. Four big fluffy balls of yarn complete with a tissue paper wrap and associated paperwork, in a box with a label showing The Wool Factory logo. Definitely a five star experience. THEN Jump forward to September 2022 and I make an order for more of the same yarn. You would expect the same quality experience. SO Late at night I go to their website, my order is still in my basket from a week ago. Hurray! I pay for my order and all is well. BUT I want the same dye lot number as I was sent before. The project I am working on is a wedding present, I want it to be as perfect as possible. AND I go to my order on The Wool Factory website, there is a button "Contact us about this order ”, so I do. I creep downstairs to my project corner and pull out the ball band. I enter my request and submit the contact form. I even get an email with a copy of my submission. NEXT I receive an email from Mel, they have enough to send three balls with the matching dye lot. So happy. HOWEVER Shortly after, I have another email arrive. They have been rummaging around in the warehouse and found all four marching balls to the dye lot and will be sending my order out promptly. You can't get much better than that. CONSEQUENTLY The Wool Factory don't deserve five stars, they deserve five galaxies. For attention to detail and meeting the needs of their customers. 🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌”

“I have been lucky enough to buy wool at a market stall as well as online. The service is great and look forward to visiting their shop when I have time. The order was quick (even with the postal strike), we'll packed. I will be using again..”

“I under ordered the yarn I wanted, so ordered more. I received it within a few days, with lovely emails giving me updates on delivery. I've seen so many lovely yarns on their website but I must use up what I've already ordered first.”

“I've been buying from these guys for the last few months now, they have a huge range of wools at a very reasonable price ( i knit for baby charities so i have to watch the pennies, delivery is quick and the wool knits up beautifully. Currently using "4 ply babycare" for a baby blanket and I'm loving it. Highly recommend”

“Yarn!!!! I love it! Lovely soft, snuggly yarn which will be making blankets for two newborns in my family. The only slight bugbear is that I paid for next day delivery, as I was off work and it was delivered two days later. Package arrived when I was out at work so had to go collect from sorting office, which was a bit annoying as it should’ve been next day but heyho. I have my beautiful yarn now so all good thank you”
