“So lucky to have this fabulous company right on my doorstep. I ordered a few (shhh) ok several balls late afternoon to click and collect… thinking it would be ready the next morning…. Oh no!!! Literally moments later I received a notification telling me it was ready…. It’s like having my own personal stash over the road and I get someone else to store it and ultimately I don’t have to rummage for it either. Website is easy to negotiate. I’m sorry I can’t review the yarn just yet as I’ve not had the opportunity to sneak it into the house yet! Thankyou”

“I have just received my first order and couldn't be happier. I knit blankets for Cats Protection so price is essential. The yarn from Wool Factory is almost half the price I have paid in the past and it is excellent quality. I really recommend them.”

“My first purchase from you but it definitely won't be the last. Very pleased with the quality of goods and service. I haven't knitted or crocheted for around 6 years because of arthritis But have been persuaded to give it a go using bamboo needles which I have been told are better! Not sure in what way but as you will know from my order I complied 🤣🤣 Hoping to pay you a visit soon as I would love to meet you all. Also just wander in an Aladdins cave of craft stuff. Thank you lovely peeps. .”

“I have placed many orders from the wool factory whivh I have always received in full, but on this occasion I must say I've been let down. I ordered a knitting pattern bundle and it hasn't been sent with the rest of the order. I have tried emailing and sending messages on facebook for them to contact me and no response so now it looks like I'm not going to get them which is really annoying as the have took the money for them. Not at all what I expected”
