“My first purchase from you but it definitely won't be the last. Very pleased with the quality of goods and service. I haven't knitted or crocheted for around 6 years because of arthritis But have been persuaded to give it a go using bamboo needles which I have been told are better! Not sure in what way but as you will know from my order I complied 🤣🤣 Hoping to pay you a visit soon as I would love to meet you all. Also just wander in an Aladdins cave of craft stuff. Thank you lovely peeps. .”

“I have placed many orders from the wool factory whivh I have always received in full, but on this occasion I must say I've been let down. I ordered a knitting pattern bundle and it hasn't been sent with the rest of the order. I have tried emailing and sending messages on facebook for them to contact me and no response so now it looks like I'm not going to get them which is really annoying as the have took the money for them. Not at all what I expected”

“I normally have a wonderful service and always buy my wool from yourselves, however, I received a link for a PDF pattern and the link did not work. I have emailed you back and you told me once again to follow the link supplied even though I explained I never got my downloaded pattern so slightly disappointed guys”

“I would like to commend The Wool Factory for going the extra mile for me. I meant to order 4 buttons with my wool order but discovered that I had ordered only one. The order had been processed and paid for by the time I discovered this. I sent an email asking for help in rectifying the error. Not a word was said to me but when my order was delivered I discovered there were four buttons. The service is excellent and also kind!”

“Great value, the wool I required 10 balls was almost £10 cheaper than anywhere else. Delivered in four or five days from ordering. Everything I ordered came. I find the website not the best to use for browsing but if you know what you want it’s fine.”
