“The service is excellent and the products are great. My only concern is that in the order email it says you will email when dispatched but I have only been notified by Royal Mail. Keep up the great work you are doing.”

“Ordered cotton yarn to make Christmas toppers for Christmas parcels. Also have made a paramedic doll for a young lady training to be a paramedic. My order was delivered so quickly, I will certainly be back, as will my crafting friends.”

“First time I've ordered and a quick and efficient service. Didn't get a despatch email but was able to keep track of the parcel as a Royal Mail Tracked service is used which is reassuring when you are anticipating a wooly parcel!”

“Great place to buy from-good quality wool and very fast delivery. I'm disabled so don't go out very much but I love to knit baby's blankets and cardigans and buying from Wool factory means I never run out of wool.”
