“Absolutely love the wool that The Wool Factory sells. Lots of quality yarns at good prices. Loads of different colours and ply's. Also they have all different needles and hooks and other items to use.”

“Ordered cotton yarn to make Christmas toppers for Christmas parcels. Also have made a paramedic doll for a young lady training to be a paramedic. My order was delivered so quickly, I will certainly be back, as will my crafting friends.”

“First time I've ordered and a quick and efficient service. Didn't get a despatch email but was able to keep track of the parcel as a Royal Mail Tracked service is used which is reassuring when you are anticipating a wooly parcel!”

“Great place to buy from-good quality wool and very fast delivery. I'm disabled so don't go out very much but I love to knit baby's blankets and cardigans and buying from Wool factory means I never run out of wool.”
