“Deliveries always very quick and accurate. I've had to return things a couple of times after misjudging colour online or for other reasons (nothing every fault of The Wool Factory!) and they've been really good about this, swapping items quickly. Their postage-free limit of £25 is also really excellent and makes me choose them sometimes when someone else stocks the same products but you have to buy much more to get the postage included. I'd highly recommend them.”

“I wanted a pattern I'd seen elsewhere. With that company I had to pay more in postage than the pattern cost so I searched online and found I could buy it to download from The Wool Factory. All perfectly straightforward. Very happy customer!”
