“Please don't publish this. I love the wool factory and will continue to buy wool there. I bought a number of James Brett wool for my mother to knit into berets. She asked if they were seconds (as far as I am aware they were not) because of the number of knots where the wool had broken. I like the wool factory. I like that it is a family business. I like browsing through the website. I like hearing about Aurora. I feel welcomed but not fussed over. I know of no other website that calms me rather than agitating me. Thank you for what you do. Actually, feel free to use any of this review.”
