“The service from the wool factory is amazing,great choice of wool and patterns,and accessories,I know when I order that I won't be waiting long for my order to arrive,just wish I lived nearby,so that I could visit in person,I have recommended the wool factory to my knitting friends.”

“The wool arrived promptly and was well-packaged. I am enjoying knitting the garments for my grandchildren with it and it seems to wash well, which is important with children's clothing. The range of colours is good, although some colours were out of stock, and the prices are very reasonable.”

“I have ordered 2 items. The first was a pattern book which came through the post no problem. However the second was a single pattern which I chose to download and print at home. When I clicked on the link it took me to a site which required me to sign up to which I was not happy with. I have yet to download the pattern which I paid for. I emailed The Wool Factory regarding this but am still waiting for a reply.”

Hi Glenys, thank you for your review. You should not of had to sign up to anything to get your PDF pattern. Just enter the password provided in the email to access it. Regarding your email we have responded and if you have not received this please check your spam or junk folder. Thank you

“My order was placed around midnight and I was not expecting such a prompt service because of my timing. However, later that day I received a message it was being processed and then at closing time , I assume, I received a despatch notification with tracking details. It was a wonderful experience once more to have everything flow so smoothly and promptly . The wool was well packaged and of a lovely quality I most definitely will return . Am currently knitting with one lot of wool and it’s just lovely. Would recommend this company 100% .”

“You can see at a glance if the wool you like is in stock. When you place an order a confirmation is sent out. Once your order is on its way to you another email is sent. So kept informed all throughout when an order has been placed”
