“I love your company every purchase I have made has been excellent, haven’t had to wait long for my parcel to arrive excellent service. “I was pleased with the price and service, but unfortunately, as I started knitting I realised the quality of yarn was poor. I was looking forward to making this cardigan with a more expensive yarn and chose WYS as per the pattern. I have not finished the first 100grm yet and can honestly say there have been at least 12 knots or wool blemishes. Here's hoping the quality improves!”

“Disappointed to find after reminding the company that I had ordered and paid for a hard copy and expected to be sent an actual pattern, that I only got two photocopies of a pattern. These weren't even stapled together. Not impressed I'm afraid.”
