“Wow how happy I am that I discovered the wool factory. I have looked at quite a few online wool stores but all the prices were atrocious. I couldn't believe how cheap that the wool is and the postage is just fab. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. Also the length of time you wait for your delivery is only a few days. Fantastic I am so happy and I would highly recommended the wool factory.”

“It’s the first time I placed an order with the wool factory. I was rather disappointed the way the order was poorly and cheaply packed and I had to be very cautious not to damage the yarn when opening the parcel. My order was large and amounted to over £70 so I expected a better quality service. One strand of yarn was missing strangely enough. I had ordered 2 of the same wool.”

“This is the 3rd lot of wool I have brought and its lovely to knit and the price is reasonable. All packages have arrived in excellent condition and delivery has been exceptuonal didn't have to wait long will be ordering more will when finished with the lot that I have just received”
