“I ordered four colours of the same wool but I was informed that one colour was temporarily unavailable. I had looked at other suppliers who were experiencing the same problem. The Wool Factory kept me informed about the situation and my package finally arrived when expected. Competitive prices and good service.”

“The only place I can get wool that is value for money, prompt delivery and great response when asking questions. Would have given more than 5 stars if I could. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Been shopping here for about 4 years now and have NEVER been disappointed.”
