“Wool as expected, very good quality, and an excellent service from the supplier. Wish I’d used them for another wool I needed and that supplier took over two weeks to deliver and wool not as expected. Thoroughly recommend The Wool Factory. Will use again.”

“The only place I can get wool that is value for money, prompt delivery and great response when asking questions. Would have given more than 5 stars if I could. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Been shopping here for about 4 years now and have NEVER been disappointed.”
