“Excellent. Working on a project and realised I was not going to be able to compete it as I would run out of wool. The nearest stockist is a 20 mile round trip which is not a regular route and isout of my way. I came across the wool factory on google and within 24 hours I was in receipt of my wool. Highly recommended and will definitely purchase from again”

“I ordered four colours of the same wool but I was informed that one colour was temporarily unavailable. I had looked at other suppliers who were experiencing the same problem. The Wool Factory kept me informed about the situation and my package finally arrived when expected. Competitive prices and good service.”
