“Ordering was an easy task. Delivery was no problem and the wool were the shades I had requested so I have nothing to complain or any suggestions of how to improve.”

“I have always been very pleased with all the items I have had from the Wool factory. Quality and price of yarns is very good however a few times the yarns I am looking for are out of stock. (Obviously popular ). The orders arrive very quickly which is always welcome”

“I'm a new customer, but already am very impressed. The price point is excellent (I'm knitting multiple squares to make into dressing gowns for donation to charity so this is an important factor for me), the delivery time is short and the confirmation email is worth its weight in gold! I am so glad I came across this website, I will be ordering lots more yarn from here, without a doubt.”

“I ordered the Mystery Box and wasn't disappointed - it came very quickly and was a great choice of different yarns and sizes, even had a bag of buttons thrown in :) will be back when my current projects are done to get another mystery box, and possibly more of what i have now to start another project.”
