“Since I have discovered The Wool Factory I continue to purchase all of my wool from them. They are quick to respond to my questions. Delivery is within a few days and they are very friendly and helpful whenever I need to ask a question on the phone. I would highly recommend them.”

“The service is excellent, I received a ball of wool that although it had same batch number was slightly different in colour I sent message and picture of wool and had it rectified within a couple of day's. Was very impressed.”

“Each time I have ordered from The Wool Factory, I have been impressed by their efficiency! You know how we knitters are - got the pattern, got the needles, need the yarn NOW!!!! Well, arrived back at the house after walking the dogs and there was the parcel, tucked behind the pot of dahlias! I hadn't expected to be getting started on the cardigan so soon, anticipating a delivery within the next few days... Added to this, the price of the yarn ( a recently discontinued Sublime line) was remarkably cheap for such luxurious wool! So I am one very happy customer.”
