“Each time I have ordered from The Wool Factory, I have been impressed by their efficiency! You know how we knitters are - got the pattern, got the needles, need the yarn NOW!!!! Well, arrived back at the house after walking the dogs and there was the parcel, tucked behind the pot of dahlias! I hadn't expected to be getting started on the cardigan so soon, anticipating a delivery within the next few days... Added to this, the price of the yarn ( a recently discontinued Sublime line) was remarkably cheap for such luxurious wool! So I am one very happy customer.”
