“I found The Wool Factory online during the covid lockdown and am so glad I did. The quality of their yarns are brilliant. The service is second to none. I have a 9 month old grand daughter, so between knitting cardies, mittens and jackets for her - I have also learned myself to crochet. I don’t buy my yarn any where else now - thank you”

“Received my order a few days ago came very quickly. Got a different make of wool as needed special colours and the make I normally get were out of stock. Got cygnet PATO dk. Lovely wool has plenty of body to it as making toys and flowers not thin like some dk wool .I will be using it again also plenty of colours and good value.”
