“My first order was for 8 balls of Sunbeam Chunky wool. Ordering was straightforward and the delivery was very quick, however I was really disappointed with how harsh the wool felt. I tried knitting with one ball and it felt very hard so I have returned the other seven balls and am awaiting a refund. However, I have since ordered £60 worth of wool and am very happy with all of it, so I'm keeping all of it and look forward to knitting with it all.”
