“Placed an order for a 2nd batch of wool to continue with a blanket, requesting a specific batch number. Order fulfilled with that batch number ( at least 6 weeks after initial order!) Brilliant service (along with being received only three days after ordering!) Exceptional value to boot!”

“I enjoy buying my Double Knitting wool from The Wool Factory as there is always a large variety of colours and the way they are shown online makes it easy to see each colour. I knit woolly hats for the sailors who visit the Bristol Seafarers Centre and I like to make them from a variety of colours in stripes. My order is always acknowledged soon after I have submitted it and I hear that the order has been dispatched without delay. I plan to continue to always use our very efficient collaboration. “The knitting yarns I buy from the Wool Factory are mainly used for making warm knitted hats both for babies and for older children in Moldova. I have tried different providers over the years and regard this as the best source of makes and colours available.”
