“I buy your wool from hansons garden centre been using your wool for a while no complaints was knitting an arran cardigan for a friend and run out of wool when I received my parcel I couldn’t believe it was the same numbers thank you will use you again”

“Delivery received promptly and all as ordered, very pleased with service. However my wool was in a large cardboard box, not in protective bags. I understand fully the importance of trying to use less plastic but experience in receiving parcels (not yourselves) has been very negative with corners bashed, open and damaged items. I would appreciate protective packaging in future, and if this has to be plastic I can assure you I do make good use of any plastic. Thank you for your service, very much appreciated.”

“The Wool Factory kept me informed on the progress of my order, so that I knew when I was going to receive it (to within 3 hours via Royal Mail). When it arrived it was well packaged and on opening very well presented. The contents were four 500g balls of yarn protected by tissue paper. The price for my order was very reasonable and I will be making further purchases from The Wool Factory in the future.”
