“The baby lux dk wool is really nice and soft and lovely to knit with. Have used it several times now and the range of colours are great and compliment each other very well. Would highly recommend it!!”

“I was sent the wrong shade, but was promised a replacement - yet to arrive. As a goodwill gesture, I was told I could keep the yarn I was sent by mistake. I appreciate that, but I am still waiting for the correct shade to be sent.”

“I have ordered quite a number of different coloured balls of wool to knit small children’s cardigans during the pandemic. I am very satisfied with all my purchases and love the different colours I have chosen and I have been very pleased with the finished products (about 30 I have made so far)”

“I am extremely pleased with all yarns etc that I have purchased from your Company, including the timely fashion in which they arrive here in N/Western Brit/Columbia Canada. I'm an ex-pat from England & still love my Knitting & so forth, it's been a true life-saver, including The Wool Factory. I would like to request the following, is it possible for finishing embellishments like pom poms for hats, toques & assortments of coloured plastic style toggles & buttons for hand knitted children/baby sweaters. There is a lack of those over here, I knit lots of Arran style & like to finish them up with eye catching buttons, pom poms etc Thank you :) Carol B”

“Great value lovely yarn great delivery times can't fault them one bit always happy to help if they have sold out they will email you when back in stock. I won't buy from anywhere else and I buy quite a lot from them. Packaging is also lovely your yarn comes in an organza bag and if you spend £25 or over its free delivery”

“Very happy with my purchase. I needed an assortment of rainbow colours for a project I wanted to start and was very pleased with the price, range of beautiful colours and quick delivery! I used to buy this brand of wool from a local bargain shop, I had no idea I could buy it online with a HUGE amount of colours to choose from! Will be buying from the wool factory again that's for sure.”
