“The Wool Factory kept me informed on the progress of my order, so that I knew when I was going to receive it (to within 3 hours via Royal Mail). When it arrived it was well packaged and on opening very well presented. The contents were four 500g balls of yarn protected by tissue paper. The price for my order was very reasonable and I will be making further purchases from The Wool Factory in the future.”

“Lovely selection of wools , bit disappointed with a couple of balls, one not being true to shade and one being more of a cotton style than wool, but maybe i didnt read the description properly . As a whole though very pleased with the quality and delivery time. Will be ordering again”
