“I purchased 4ply to make an all in one for a baby. Could only purchase 50g balls at my local hobbycraft store for £3.80 a ball. On your site I managed to get 7 x 100g balls at £2.49 a ball. I can now knit 2 of these outfits for my growing family. Thank you wool factory. The wool is soft and very easy to knit with. I love it and will certainly be buying from you again.”

“I ordered the wool for the Sirdar Crochet along and it arrived beautifully packaged and quickly. Due to my loose crocheting style I had to order extra wool and received this in days and with matching lot numbers too. I cannot find any fault with The Wool Factory and would reccomend them to anyone.”

“I have been extremely pleased with the service and efficiency of the Alford branch of Wool Factory. The young woman who served was friendly, informative and encouraging, The shop was beautifully stocked and a pleasure to visit on what was a freezing cold February day. The online service was very quick and as we live not too far away the wool was collected from the shop. Well done and I'm happy to give 5 stars. Hazel”
