“I had seen the wool factory advertised on fb , I didn’t really need anymore wool but thought , I would place an order to try it out , I wasn’t disappointed the service is excellent, super fast delivery, very reasonable prices , communication spot on and the products are amazing, so much so that I placed a second order right away for even more wool that I don’t really need , I recommend the wool factory 150% .”

“I have had several deliveries from the Wool Factory. The last was lost for a day by the PO but arrived safely. I have been very pleased with all of my orders and find the choice of yarns second to none. Hope to visit the new store in person in the near future.”
