“I have used the wool factory for some time & been very satisfied with the wool I have received. At present I am knitting children's hats & scarves to send to the Ukraine & have used the bargain Aran wool which I find is good value as I am a pensioner.”

“I have scored 5 because although my initial order was lost in transit, following an email to the wool factory yesterday my wool has been delivered first class this morning. I have used this Aran wool before and it knits very well. I am very pleased with my order, colour and condition just as I expected.”
