“I dropped on this company by accident. And all the products i have purchased have been excellent. I love the chunky wool i knit my grandson to be some lovely jackets. When he arrives he has got love blankets, jackets, cardigans all made with the wool factory wool. Also the service the provide ia second to none. Your delivery is usually here between 2 and 3 days. Well done the wool factory and your staff.”

“I started knitting AGAIN after a 20 year break, I searched the net for the best value wool and found WoolFactory, it will be my 3rd order over £100, best seller ever, orders no time, good quality and a small mistake was made, within 2 hours they got back to me and was put right the following day, so honest and fair. I will stay here for future orders. Well pleased. :)”

“This company is first class. The shop is so well laid out and inviting. The staff are so friendly and helpful and remember you. I love how I can do online orders and collect them in the shop. I don't have Facebook but I can see what they put on their page and it's always so informative and gives good ideas. I've bought patterns and wool that I wouldn't have know about had I not seen them on there. They are also put some funnies on there 😄 A lovely family run business.... well done to you and all the team 👏”
