“Dear wool factory, Thankyou for the wool ...... The only thing is that if you find that there is some wool you haven't got, rather than give a refund, I would prefer you to email me so I can simple choose a different colour. The main reason for this is that the wool gets sent to my friend who brings it out to Italy for me. I would rather have the wool than a refund, because of my location. But obviously some people might prefer not to do this. Other than that I am very pleased with the service etc. thankyou very much to you all and I look forward to getting my wool very soon....... great!”

“Up until my last order I had been very satisfied with my purchase over the years, ( l order a lot of wool as l don't go out since covid and l love knitting for charity) but with the last order l had a 500g balls for baby blanket's but there were at least 5 breaks and knots in the ball, sometimes you get 1 or 2 which l understand happens.”

“This wool is absolutely amazing n exactly the colours I wanted. I'm in the process of making a throw for the back of the settee n there was an ideal pattern on the inside of the band round the ball of wool. Would purchase from you again.”
