“good, mostly natural yarn that knitted up well to tension . I just had to be a liitle careful as the rather loose twist meant that the yarn had a tendancy to split. However, I would still use this yarn again.”

“I ordered chunky wool which was only 9p dearer than the usual shop ( over 20 miles away). Quality is excellent and although due to covid restrictions was advised delivery could take longer, Not only did it arrive within a few days it was free. I have already recommended to friends and I will buy again even if my usual shop is open.”

“Ordered wool for the Wool Factory which was an easy process. I was advised that there may be a delay, but the wool arrived within the time they had estimated. The wool was very good quality and a pleasure to knit with. I will certainly use them again as I was very pleased with the whole process.”
