“Order came and one ball of wool was the wrong colour they resolved it within 2 days and offered me to return the ball of wool that was wrong or a discount on it I took the discount and kept the ball of wool thanks 😊”

“Ordered a decent amount of wool less than a week ago and it all arrived well before the estimated date despite the bank holiday. Extremely happy with the attention to batch numbers (this was my biggest worry concern ordering online). Finally the conformation email including who partakes in picking, packing and posting your order is lovely. Wi definetly order from here again.”
