“When you knit, you put time, effort and skill into a garment. There is no point in making something that is made from poor quality wool when you have put in so much. The wool factory allows me to do this at an affordable price. The wool arrives quickly and i have email updates on the package's arrival. The choice is great. Top job Wool factory. Thank you.”

“Sorry but the wool I received was nothing like the colour expected. My letter sent in to you had no response for days and finally I got a generic reply saying look at the return policy online..so basically no one was of any help at all. Money wasted..won 't buy again or reccomend from this experience.”
