“Since 23/8 i have left phone, email and chat messages explaining a dilemma I have, but absolutey no response from Wool Factory. I Ordered 11 Balls 100g of Haywards Bonus Chunky, 7 out of 11 delivered were DK. Awful customer service answering queries or concerns. I am knitting a jumper as a present, and now may either have to pay again to now re-order elsewhere to get jumper finished in time. No confidence that I will eiher get a response to my dilemma or a refund and am now with wool I don't want or need. Disappointed 😞.”

“I bought the worsted yarn which was on sale. There was a lovely range of colours, and I chose 3. The delivery was speedier than expected, and I find the yarn very soft and easy to work with. I'm looking forward to wearing the finished item.”

“I am so grateful for my daughter finding you for me , I've had 3 large orders ( one huge ) and when she comes to see me there will be another one I think as she knits too, I have balls that are of different makeup and I can't fault any of them, they all knit beautifully and I always wash my knitting before I give the item to whoever and they all wash lovely, so a big thank you ! best regards Anne Williams”

“I recently discovered the Wool Factory having previously ordered from other online suppliers. I saw they had a good range of yarns and many very good offers. The first order went a little wrong as I had to report that one ball of yarn was missing, but the Wool Factory rapidly sent out the missing ball. A big thank you for that. Have already placed another order which should keep me going for several projects.”
