“What can I say ...fab wool at great prices...easy to use website....fast delivery..... plus bonus points. Tried buying wool from a high street discount store...was rubbish in comparison and more expensive. Will remain faithful to wool factory.”

“What a fantastic company !!! The yarn from here is brilliant the range of colour, and type is amazing. Anything I need for my crocheting (and many things I don’t need) I can get from here. I love the emails you get to keep you up dated as they are made so personal. I have so much yarn in my work room but still constantly want more, the delivery is fast and excellent value. I’m so happy I found the wool factory thankyou to every body 😊”

“I signed up to the box if the month subscription because I needed to relearn knitting - 48 yrs experience wiped by long covid. I live these boxes as it's a surprise, it's well wrapped and lovely thing to have every month, and a challenge as like starting from scratch for me. Get updates when it's due etc. best thing I did in 2023”
