“I signed up to the box if the month subscription because I needed to relearn knitting - 48 yrs experience wiped by long covid. I live these boxes as it's a surprise, it's well wrapped and lovely thing to have every month, and a challenge as like starting from scratch for me. Get updates when it's due etc. best thing I did in 2023”

“I've have bought myself and my daughter one of the personalised bags each. There absolutely gorgeous, extremely well made and very sturdy. I'm over the moon with them and anyone who should order one will not be disappointed 😊. Excellent value for money and very quick delivery.”

“Thank you very much! I ordered a big batch of yarn a while back. Great communication from the company, the parcel arrived very quickly. I noticed that one of the yarn skeins was underweight, I contacted support the next day and they offered to kindly replace the faulty skein. Super happy with my order and the support I received. Will definitely be ordering again in the future :)”

“I am a pensioner and spend my time knitting for Charity for babies and young children, I order all my wool from the Wool Factory due to the wonderful website, and ease of ordering, the prices are always good and affordable as my garments are made to enable the charity to help others and make a few pennies to help the Hospice. the choice is wonderful”

“These guys are my go to people for all my yarn. Their prices are reasonable and the yarn gorgeous for my projects. Their customer service is second to none. Delivery is prompt and always feels like Xmas when my parcel arrives. I tell everyone about them when they are looking for yarn.”
