“I have made regular orders from The Wool Factory. Arrives on time, every time, no errors in the packaging. Occasionally I have to go elsewhere to find a particular colour if they're out of stock, but they're always my first port of call.”

“Ordering was easy to do and the order arrived within a few days . It is knitting up well although the red double knitting seems to be coming up larger. The colours are very like the pictures on screen. A good deal on the wool as well.”
