“I wanted to send my little sister (10) a yarny package & The Wool Factory had exactly what I was looking for. The website was easy to use & checkout was a breeze. Being able to send directly to my sister was fantastic. She received her parcel quickly & it was well packaged. I would definitely recommend The Wool Factory & will definitely be back.”
