“I am so happy I can get lovely wool in lovely colours from my home, found The Wool Factory in the first lockdown and will never buy from anywhere else. The quality is excellent as is the service you get. Delivered my Royal Mail within a few days. Thank you so much and I wish you and your employees a safe and happy rest of the year. I will be putting in more orders in a few weeks.”
