“I very recently had to contact Grant at the Wool Factory over the non-delivery of a parcel of wool. The next day I had a reply telling me the parcel was misplaced by Royal Mail but had sorted it out for me. Next day the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail. Now that's what I call wonderful service from Grant at The Wool Factory. The wool is of the best quality as well, can't recommend them enough from all aspects.”
