“This is a great company! The service is excellent with a good variety of wool at unbelievable prices, Wool despatched same day in many cases and always arrives before anticipated day. Star rating should include excellent which I would have given. Many thanks for a brilliant on-line shop.”

“Since I found The Wool Factory I couldn't be happier with so little wool shops here in N.Ireland, and online shops are so expensive I am so pleased with quick delivery and fantastic choice and not forgetting the great offers..also proper paper patterns and now hew button website..keep up the good work 😀”
