“Woòl is excellent quality. I knit 7 jumpers a year for the grandkids & this is my go to supplier. I am never disappointed. Delivery is prompt too. The staff are also very helpful & friendly. I ordered too few balls at one time & although it was out of stock they managed to get some more for me. Highly recommended.”

“I usually use The Wool Factory as their goods are amazing and the delivery is first class (I use Evri). The wool is lovely to use and I absolute love the organza bags it is packed into. This is actually the deciding factor when trying to buy wool. They always have what I need. Never had any problems.”
