“I really like your sales conformation email, I found it to be humorous and a refreshing change. The products arrives when you say it will and according to my granddaughter who the products are for, they're fantastic grandad, so I'm pleased with the whole experience, keep up the good work. “Great selection, especially Woolcraft-new fashion dk. Have used this yarn previously off this com., I am an ardent crocheter, have been crocheting over 50 years, and have used many many brands, find this the very best to handle to crochet and tension.
