“Service very good but most of the aran wool I wanted was out of stock. I will try at a later date to see if stocks improve. I have not washed the finished item as yet so can't comment on how good the wool is, so depending on this whether I will use again or not.”

“I ordered the wool on Friday and it arrived on Monday, The score has been reduced by one star as I rang before ordering as I wasn't sure about one of the colours I wanted (it wasn't clear on the web site) and asked for a swift reply. As yet I am still waiting! The colour I was querying was not the shade I needed but haven't returned it as I can use it on another item. You are also requesting me to review colour lilac but I did not order or receive that shade.”
