“I ordered something on the 8th April with a delivery of four working days - taking into consideration the time of day I ordered it on the Friday and the Good Friday bank holiday, this order should have been delivered Saturday 16th April, today is Tuesday 19th and I’ve still not received it. Despite chasing it twice I’m not really getting any answers, they aren’t letting me know what date it was actually despatched. Rather frustrating for my first order …..”
