“The Wool Factory is a lovely shop, I my opinion it should be bigger so it can stock more varieties of yarn. I live in Sleaford and we don't have a wool shop so I have to source my yarn from online/other sources. If you ever consider opening a Wool Factory shop in Sleaford I'll happily work for you.”

“Wool breaking apart sometimes thick sometimes thin. Came in 100cm balls and I thought I ordered two mega balls. Almost finished my cardigan. I think it's looking good.”
