“I found this website as it offered digital gift certificates which worked well as my sister wanted some items knitted for her and was able to buy a certificate for me to complete the job! Excellent choice of yarns and accessories. Items are well packed in a cardboard box and dispatched quickly. Cannot complain. An update to this is that I required a re-download of a pdf pattern and have asked twice by email and once by message on the website and as others have noted, no response. I have also phoned and the voicemails are full, so I have downgraded my rating accordingly as far as customer service is required.”

“My 2nd order from the factory just as happy with this as the first order . The wool was delivered so fast its now knitted into a beautiful aran cardigan. Would definitely use the woolfactory again good prices fantastic wool”

“The orders that I place are always delivered quickly are very reasonably priced and the wool is of high quality . I have one of their crochet subscriptions and they are brilliant , if someone is just starting knitting or crochet I would recommend them as they have everything in them to complete the projects.”

“The Wool Factory is a lovely shop, I my opinion it should be bigger so it can stock more varieties of yarn. I live in Sleaford and we don't have a wool shop so I have to source my yarn from online/other sources. If you ever consider opening a Wool Factory shop in Sleaford I'll happily work for you.”
