“I found The Wool Factory by accident ... whilst browsing for knitting patterns. This is the only accident that has ever given me so much pleasure. Wool at the click of a button. I made my first order and when I received it was highly amused to find the note from Matt who had packed it. What I love about The Wool Factory is the jovial attitude of the staff and what appears to be great work ethics. Quality of goods sold... Great. Variety fantastic... Staff also a great asset. Friendly and helpful.”

“Ordered Friday and delivered Monday, can’t ask for better service than that. Started knitting with wool straightaway and it is lovely and soft feels thicker than double knit but is knitting up really nice.”

“Having purchased yarn from The Wool Factory on more than one occasion, I have always found the process to be very easy. There is an abundance of different types to choose from and the range of colours is exceptional. The service I've received has been marvelous, from starting my order right though to delivery, which I have received in only three days. I will definitely be ordering again in the future and can highly recommend.”

“Purchased yarn a few times from the Wool factory recently. Either been delivered to my home or our static on the Lincolnshire or I've collected from the Mablethorpe warehouse. All deliveries have been on time and recent in excellent condition. I've also called into the Alford shop. Staff at both Alford and Mablethorpe have been fabulous. Very efficient and helpful. The yarn they sell has also been great, certainly good value and a large variety of choice. Will certainly recommend.”
